OFFICIAL RULES BLUE LIGHT "KAYAK" SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER. MUST HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION.

ENTRY:
Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 05/01/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on 06/30/12 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter, visit a Blue Light retailer and look for the Labatt Blue Light "Win a KAYAK" sweepstakes display to obtain a promotional code. Visit www.labattbluelightus.com/kayak and complete the online entry form providing the requested information including the promotional code. Submit. No purchase is necessary to obtain a promotional code and enter the Sweepstakes but an internet connection is required. Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted. Limit: one entry per person per email address per week (Sunday through Saturday). In case of multiple entries within any one week (Sunday through Saturday) from any one person or e-mail address, only the first entry will be accepted. The use of automated entry devices of any kind is prohibited. Entries must be received by the close of the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes open to legal US residents of NY who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Labatt USA (the "Sponsor"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, any prize provider, Sponsor's advertising & promotion agencies, and alcoholic beverage licensees, and any other entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) & members of the same household of such employees (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

DRAWING/PRIZE:
A random drawing will be conducted on or about 07/06/12 to select five (5) winners (each a "Winner"), subject to confirmation of eligibility, from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail, with written confirmation to follow by first-class mail, or some other form of home delivery. There will be five (5) prizes (each a "Prize") consisting of (1) Sea Eagle 330 sport kayak (includes one paddle and foot pump). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $249. The ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $1,245. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All costs not specifically described as being included with the Prize including, but not limited to, personal flotation devices, insurance, surcharges, registration, licenses, and all other costs and fees incurred in claiming, registering or using the Prize, are not included. Sponsor will have the Prize delivered to the Winner's residence. The Winner assumes all risk, liability, and responsibility for the legal and safe operation of the Prize.

CONDITIONS:
If Sponsor is unable to contact the Winner after three (3) days from date of the first notification attempt, or if the Winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, then his/her Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will select an alternate winner. If Prize confirmation letter is returned as undeliverable, Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will select an alternate winner. Winner must be 21 years of age or older. No transfer or substitution of the Prize or any portion thereof is allowed, nor is there a cash value equivalent, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is subject to availability. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return same, properly executed, within seven (7) days of date of receipt of Prize notification. All federal, state and other taxes are the responsibility of the Winner and Winner will be issued a Form 1099 for prizes valued in excess of $600.00. Kayak may not be exactly as pictured. Use of the Prize by the Winner constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner's name, photograph, likeness, and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules. Entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, participation in this Sweepstakes, or breaching any agreement contained herein.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical/transmission difficulties, or for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winner is responsible for all taxes and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued in excess of $600.00. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity with regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or interpretation of the Official Rules. Winners also agree to release/discharge/indemnify/and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective directors/officers/employees/and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of the Prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or loss of time arising out of any acts, omissions, or negligence, of any person, including, without limitation, transportation carriers and any person providing any service or accommodation in conjunction with any Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes, or for delays and cancellations including, but not limited to those resulting from mechanical breakdown, closings, strikes, government action, inclement weather, or Acts of God. Anyone attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information caused by printing, technical or human errors which may occur during the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or the loss or destruction of entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned because of actual or suspected tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an "Intervening Cause"), which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes and award the Prize through a random drawing from among all eligible entries received which, in Sponsor's discretion, were not affected by the Intervening Cause. Any disputes regarding this Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York law and resolved in courts sitting in Erie County, New York. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney fees. Entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental and consequential damages. With regard to the Prize being awarded, Sponsor makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Personal information provided to participate in the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy found at www.nabreweries.com. Void where prohibited.
